Gekko Photonics – a manufacturer of process analyzers
We are a team of engineers and scientists who combine photonics, spectroscopy, and industrial implementation. We work with manufacturing companies that want to transition from sampling-based quality control to inline measurements: without downtime, without laboratory delays, and with real-time insight into the process.
Our mission
We want the chemical plant to know the composition and quality of its process in real time, not hours later from the lab. We build Spectrally™ analyzers and AI models that measure directly in the process and convert Raman spectra into readable numerical values.

Our approach
We start with the client’s process, not a catalog. First, we conduct a feasibility study on a real sample: we check whether Spectrally can measure the given parameter and with what accuracy. Only then do we select the probe configuration, spectral range, and analytical model.

We jointly analyze where the greatest losses, quality deviations, and downtime risks occur in the process. Based on this, we select measurement points in specific processes that will yield the fastest return on investment.

Feasibility study – testing process samples
We test samples from your process to confirm whether the measurement technology and algorithms meet the requirements. You will receive a clear report on the implementation potential.

Architecture recommendation, technology selection, and ROI report
We design the measurement configuration (in-line / at-line / mobile), measurement points, integrations, and results reporting method. We present an implementation plan and a return calculation based on process data.
