What we measure

What a spectrum of your process carries.

Inline means the spectrum is taken in the vessel or line itself; at-line means next to it, on a sample of powder or pellets. Each value below comes from its own model, calibrated in the feasibility study against your lab methods.

01Spectrum explorer

Five values from one spectrum.

Select a parameter to see where it sits and where it is read.

Schematic spectrum · 785 nm
Raman shift → · schematic trace for orientation
02How it is usually read

The lab methods stay where they belong.

They remain the reference for the model and the tests for the melt and the part.

per draw
Reaction sample to the lab
Stays as the reference for the model.
per sample
Solvent content
Checked against the inline reading on a schedule.
per lot
Powder and compound tests
Stay in the lab for the properties of the melt and the part.
after the batch
Batch record from lab results
Backed by a composition record written during the run.
03From spectrum to tag

Four steps between the process and your screen.

Source
One Raman spectrum

785 nm excitation, or 1064 nm for fluorescing media; 300–1650 or 300–3500 cm⁻¹ at 8 cm⁻¹.

Acquisition
From 5 s

Configurable from 5 to 300 s per spectrum, set for each point.

Model
One per parameter

A hybrid of neural networks and classical chemometrics, trained on your process.

Delivery
Modbus tags

Values into your DCS; spectra and results stored locally as CSV, PDF or raw data.
